I live in Switzerland, so even a brilliant app for North American mushrooms may not be useful to me. I just don't know how much fungi vary from European ones. The German app is probably ideal - except that it is in German. You run into some of the same problems with bird and tree guides (both of which I have). I really need European ones. But mushrooms are even more problematic. After all, I intend to eat them and I don't want to die. Bit of a higher risk game. Are you sure you don't want to test these apps and tell us what you think?
